Apple Fitness+ Adds Pilates, New Workouts, and Exercise Sharing

Apple Fitness+ today announced the addition of Pilates to its fitness library, along with new workouts, expanded Time to Walk guests, and an easier way to share workouts with friends and family.

**Pilates**

Apple Fitness+ is making it easier to share workouts with friends and family. You can now send a link to a workout to anyone, even if they don’t have an Apple Fitness+ subscription.

To share a workout, simply open the Fitness app on your iPhone, tap on the workout you want to share, and then tap on the share button. You can then choose to share the workout via text message, email, or social media.

The new features are available today on Apple Fitness+. To access them, simply update the Fitness app on your iPhone or iPad.
