My journey began in 2014, when I lost my job and my home. I spent the next three years living on the streets, struggling to survive. I was often hungry, cold, and alone.

One day, I was sitting on a park bench, feeling sorry for myself, when I had an epiphany. I realized that I was not a victim of my circumstances. I was a survivor. I had the power to change my life.
